Training with us

The AYM Institute diploma is a 56 hour recognised official bodywork qualification, taught either over 6 days / 3 weekend workshops, or as intensive retreats.

We teach you everything you need to know using a fun, tried and tested practical teaching method that works for everyone no matter your background or experience.

The workshops are 100% hands on & partner based.

This is also an opportunity to deeply nourish your own body and energetic system as you will also receive the techniques regularly each day as part of the training, giving you a felt-sense of the work.

NO PREREQUISITES required to join the AYM diploma training levels 1,2,3.

You will walk away from this training with the ability to give a well-rounded and balanced bodywork session, tailored to the needs of the person receiving.

You can expect a safe and respectfully held space & a learning environment filled with lightness and enjoyment.

Our recognised AYM diploma is a fast-track course, designed so that students can qualify as soon as possible and can start to see an income sooner without investing in a lengthy or costly certification.

The Four Pillars of our training system are :

1. Observe - Watch the instructor demonstrate and explain each technique .

2. Give - Practice what you observed in the demonstration with a partner.

3. Receive - Experience how the massage feels when it is given to you.

4. Repeat - We repeat each technique before sequentially adding

new material & return to the beginning regularly to help the

system become familiar in your mind, hands and feet.
